Hi!

I'm Whitney. Welcome to my little slice of the Internet, where I talk about life in Seattle and our travels beyond it. I have a handsome husbro I may have met outside of a bar, two crazy felines, and two kiddos, too. It’s a lot, so I’m not always spending as much time here as I’d like. Do you like reality TV, sampling all the products, and pickled veggies? Same!

I'm so glad  you're here.

"Not another grey sweatshirt, Whitney!" -Carol

This is pretty much what I heard every weekend day of high school. I had a very strict dress code at school, so when I had free time, I'd either be in "piyamas" as Juan Pablo calls them, or a grey sweatshirt. It got to the point where my mom refused to buy them for me.

But! Because I'm now a Real Person, I get to do what I want. HUZZAH.

So, now, I try to dress them up a little. For two reasons. One: I'm afraid of my mom getting mad at me. Two: I feel fiercer when I have some sort of bling with my grey sweatshirts. It just takes it to the next level. Especially this sweatshirt, which is just about to be retired from the latest Nordstrom Pop-In. So, please, run out and get it before it's gone, because it's cozy and amazing and perfect when it's pulled down a little over your wrists. I got mine one size too big to ensure it'd have the perfect oversized feel and it was definitely a great decision.

Plus, it says Leo, and obviously I can't not represent. Leos, what whaaaat.
